Human resources

HR’s role is crucial within the Group’s strategy, both at manufacturing sites and within the Group’s HR department.

At the manufacturing sites, the job is highly operational, involving applied training plans, management of hiring and promotions, management of compensation systems, and relationships with labour leaders.

With the Group’s HR department, it ensures that the sites’ HR teams comply with the law, and it provides consulting and expertise (hiring, payroll, HR statistics, training, and labour law). Named “Top Employer” in France from 2011 by the CRF Institute, our Human Resources policy strives to support our employees in their growth, training, and compensation.

Ideal Profile :

Bac+2 to Bac+5 training with experience in a manufacturing environment for positions, such as Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources Manager, Training Manager, School and Recruitment Manager, Payroll Assistant, Human Resources Lead, and Labour Contact.

Required Qualities : 

Relationship skills, good listener, flexibility, discretion, commitment, and idea-driven.

As an operational HR assistant within the Air Conditioning and Ventilation division, my first job was to work on hiring and managing temporary workers. Very quickly after that, I was trusted enough to work independently on new HR files, such as GPEC and senior agreements. I currently help to maintain the Group’s values, such as open-mindedness, respect for the individual, maintaining commitments, and group efficiency… an exciting job !
