With the Expertise Days, an event organized every year, GROUPE ATLANTIC promotes its internal skills and offers its employees the opportunity to develop as experts.

This initiative brought together 40 GROUPE ATLANTIC employees in Arcueil, France, all experts in a strategic field. The expertise channel includes 52 experts from France and abroad, with a perfect command of a specific field of competence and proven experience: they are supported by the Group to be able to provide advice, participate in innovation, formulate recommendations to help decision-making and pass on their knowledge. The Group's experts can thus contribute to the company's development by providing their expertise in the fields of industry, IT, marketing and many others.

The Expertise Days are also an opportunity for the Group's experts to share their best practices, to discuss the problems they have encountered and to present the expertise projects they have carried out. Conferences led by internal and external speakers are also offered to enrich everyone's knowledge.

Finally, the appointment ceremony for new experts, in the presence of Emmanuel Caille, Group Managing Director (Industry), is an opportunity to recognize the commitment of GROUPE ATLANTIC's employees and to encourage them to continue their professional development.
