Our employees are our most precious asset, which is why we attach particular importance to the safety of each and every one of them. Based on cross-functionality and responsibility, ATLANTIC GROUP's safety culture is deployed in all our businesses and for all entities.

Whether at our industrial and commercial sites or on the road, ATLANTIC GROUP encourages everyone to take responsibility for everyday risks. To structure this dynamic, ten years ago the Group set up a Safety Club, bringing together HSE (health, safety and environment) managers, who defined 12 roadmaps:

Machine risk
Fire risk
Risks associated with external contractors
Electrical risks
Road risk
Safety culture
Chemical risks
Risks associated with lifting and falling loads
Working at heights
Flow and traffic risk
Emissions and waste
Resource management

Each roadmap has made it possible to define actions to :

Analyse risks
Protecting people
Training
Formalise processes and achieve compliance
The Safety Club's mission is to capitalise on all the best practices and make them accessible to all sites. By the end of 2023, the level of maturity at all our industrial sites, assessed on 66 criteria, had reached 100%. In 2023, our plants also began to deploy the 103 criteria of level 1 of our excellence approach, and their level of maturity, initially assessed at 68% at the beginning of the year, had risen to 73.5% by the end of 2023.

The Group has also forged partnerships with safety experts: the UK's IOHS** has trained all managers at the UK, Egypt, Ukraine and Georgia sites to anticipate and react to risk situations, and ICSI*** has helped us to develop our safety culture in order to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

We are constantly seeking to professionalise our safety management, to be more precise about our fundamentals and to draw inspiration from best practice elsewhere.
