GROUPE ATLANTIC is committed to training its customers in the specification, distribution, and installation of its products. We offer training sessions for installers and partners directly at our 21 training centers, including 10 in France and 11 internationally.

Our newest training spaces were inaugurated in Aulnay-sous-Bois and Bourg-en-Bresse. Dedicated to our development in collective-tertiary sectors and pedagogy on heat pumps, respectively, they reflect the Group's ambition in the field of thermodynamics.

In addition to these training sessions, we also offer numerous customer visits to our industrial sites or to our Thermal Comfort Research Center (CRCT) to provide a better understanding of products and regulations.

  • In addition to in-person training, Digital Learning offers online training courses to our clients. Updating knowledge on regulations, sizing, preparing a construction site, understanding the operation of a new product... These are all subjects that can now be learned remotely.

  • The Climate Fresco is a playful collective intelligence workshop that allows participants to understand how the climate works, how everything is interconnected, and why it is essential to take action. Created in 2018 in France by an engineer, it is now deployed worldwide and facilitated by volunteers.

    Since 2022, nearly 1000 employees of GROUPE ATLANTIC have participated in this awareness workshop, in small groups and directly at their sites: an immersive dive into the heart of the low-carbon transition challenge!

    Every year, our Group takes on the challenge of the '24 hours of the Fresco.' The challenge? Conduct as many workshops as possible within 24 hours!

    Finally, to become autonomous in internal deployment, we have trained around thirty voluntary employees to take action and become facilitators of the Fresco themselves. A mission that is both stimulating and meaningful for each of them!
